Product Information

Unlock your GM's fullest potential with a LOGIQ Air Spring Kit. The leaf assist Air Spring Kit is proven amongst the hardest working trucks to not only improve load support, but drastically increase in-cab comfort when towing and hauling heavy loads. This kit is simple to install as it mounts between the frame rail and leaf pack of your vehicle. If your truck has factory overload springs, The LOGIQ Air Spring Kit will replace them and increase your loaded ride comfort even more while also improving upon lifting capacity and load support. Our Air Spring Kits come pre-assembled, meaning no drilling, no welding an no guesswork is needed to improve your ride immediately.

While most factory and aftermarket solutions compensate for heavy loads by solely increasing spring rate or adding more leaf packs, LOGIQ solves load leveling by using dual rolling sleeve air springs that are tuned to match the ride frequency of the front suspension, making for the smoothest ride possible in these trucks.

WARNING - Never exceed manufacturer's Maximum Payload or GVWR

2017 Chevy 3500

"I ended up buying the HD2 with tank. Everything I read about the kit it will work with a B&W turnover ball, yet I found no installation videos online showing how. It fit perfectly. Same mounting location as the B&W, the kit comes with longer bolts so you won’t have to reuse the others. The kit seems very well made. Installation was easy but time consuming for 1 person. Only have driven unloaded and seems to ride stock so far. All in all it’s a great kit and instructions are much better than most. Only complaint is the supplied air line with the tank is short if you want to mount it on the other side of the truck."

Best Actual Set of Air Bags on the Market!

"My truck: 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 HD CC LB SRW ~ Duramax Overall;; these are the best set of actual airbags (not just air helper springs) I have ever installed on a pickup truck. With these sleeve style airbags;; you cannot feel any negative ride quality effects unloaded and loaded like you would with traditional big name (Firestone;; Air Lift;; PacBrake) double bellow style airbags. In my opinion;; those big names are not even airbags; they are more so air helper springs. They serve two purposes which consist of leveling out the truck;; with the addition of an uncomfortably stiff ride. With that said;; they connect the frame of the truck to the solid part of the axle. At that point;; you are riding on a set psi of air in literal springs and not the trucks actual suspension (leaf springs). On the other hand;; this ReadyAir kit connects the frame of the truck to the actual leafs mimicking a semi truck style air suspension that has/retains full suspension travel. The way I see it;; these airbags distribute/exert the weight/pressure on/across the leaf springs as the engineers intended in order for the truck to ride smoother as you add more weight and compress the leaf springs. I want to point out that this ReadyAir kit not only levels out the truck;; but it does not effect the ride quality whatsoever. If anything;; it definitely improves the ride quality on an already stiff 3/4 and/or 1 ton pickup suspension because the sleeve style airbags absorb some of those pesky shocks and bumps fairly well while also toning down the jarring. Being that my truck has the Duramax;; the front end feels soft to where it just glides. On a side note;; truck is leveled and is riding on Bilstein 5100s;; as well as Sumo Spring replacement bump stops all the way around which made a huge difference in the ride quality. Before the installation of this kit;; the rear end unloaded was fairly decent with the 5100s and Sumo Springs. The 5100s would absorb the majority of the shocks;; bumps;; and jarring while the Sumo Springs would limit that bouncing affect. I knew there was still room for a bit of improvement. This ReadyAir kit was that bit of improvement. Under normal bumps and bridge/overpass transitions;; the rear end has that same gliding feel as the front end. The more harsher bumps;; transitions;; and jarring are acceptable;; as well as more controlled. As mentioned earlier;; you are able to retain full suspension travel. If you have to put the truck up on a lift for service;; or even do a bit of off roading where the suspension is going to be all kinds of funky;; you do not have to worry about tearing airbags. Not to mention;; you do not have to worry about having to disconnect them altogether from the axle in the first place. In summary;; being that my truck is leveled;; a good set of airbags is a must as bump stop replacement suspension enchantments were just not cutting it. At the same time;; ride quality both loaded and unloaded is extremely important to me. While the big name competitor kits (Firestone;; Air Lift;; PacBrake) are cheaper;; your truck will sit level;; but will incur a harsher ride. If you know how an actual air suspension kit should work;; those big names are far from it. This ReadyAir kit knocks it out of the park with full suspension travel;; a comfortable ride both unloaded;; as well as loaded;; and most importantly;; the ability to completely eliminate any squat. IMPORTANT SIDE NOTE: If anyones wondering if this airbag kit works with the 2016-2019 OEM GM puck system/fifth wheel/gooseneck hitch;; it DOES NOT. I believe I was the first person to install this on a truck that came equipped with OEM puck system. Im here to tell you that the hitch will interfere with the airbag brackets preventing them from bolting straight on to the frame. I had taken the truck to the shop and they gave me two options; either keep the OEM puck system intact;; or remove it and be able to install this airbag kit. In my case;; I plan on installing a B&W gooseneck hitch that is compatible with this kit so I had the puck system removed (have to get the 5 holes in the bed patched/covered smh). At the time of this review;; Im pretty much hauling heavy payloads and pulling bumper pull trailers. All in all;; if your truck has the puck system;; you need to decide between keeping it intact or removing it to install this kit."
