Lead Mechanical Engineer at LOGIQ

At LOGIQ, we don’t just build air suspension systems — we engineer the future of ride dynamics. As the Lead Mechanical Engineer, you’ll be the driving force behind our next generation of intelligent suspension technology. You’ll take ideas from concept to creation — blending hands-on fabrication, precision CAD design, and real-world vehicle testing to deliver products that redefine performance, reliability, and style.

This role isn’t for the passive or the procedural. It’s for the engineer who wants to push limits, who thrives on innovation, and who’s ready to lead a team of creative thinkers in transforming how vehicles ride, handle, and connect with the road. If you’ve ever looked at a typical aftermarket component and thought, “I can make that better,” you’ll fit right in.

What You'll Do

  • Lead development of vehicle-specific air spring brackets, packaging design, and fixturing to support scalable manufacturing.
  • Manage and maintain accurate project schedules in ERP software.
  • Conduct and present design reviews that challenge the norm and raise the bar for precision and performance.
  • Perform hands-on vehicle measurement, fitment validation, and prototype fabrication.
  • Create detailed SolidWorks models and fully annotated production drawings (including GD&T).
  • Collaborate with manufacturing to prototype and validate new designs prior to launch.
  • Own and manage Bills of Materials (BOM) and related engineering documentation.
  • Support process documentation and manufacturing readiness for new products.
  • Tackle new challenges and execute additional engineering tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

  • BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of SolidWorks experience (large assemblies, sheet metal, detailed drawings).
  • Proficiency in FEA (Abaqus or equivalent).
  • Strong background in design for manufacturability (machining, laser cutting, forming, welding, finishing).
  • Bonus: automotive aftermarket experience or a passion for custom vehicle builds.

  • Competitive pay: $75,000–$150,000 Yearly Salary depending on experience
  • 401(k)
  • Dental insurance
