LOGIQ Limited Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage

LOGIQ warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the vehicle (Warranty Period). Air Compressors are a wearing component and LOGIQ warrants that its Air Compressors are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a Warranty Period of 2-Years. This Limited Warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser (Customer) and is non-transferable.

2. Warranty Claims

During the Warranty Period, if you believe your product is defective due to manufacturing or workmanship issues, please follow these steps:

 Contact our Customer Support team at 800-549-4620 or tech@LOGIQair.com to initiate a warranty claim.
 Provide proof of purchase, including the purchase date and receipt.
 Describe the issue you are experiencing with the product.
 Our team will guide you through the warranty claim process, which may include returning the product for inspection.

 

3. Warranty Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

 Normal wear and tear.
 Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.
 Products not purchased directly from LOGIQ or an authorized retailer.
 Products with altered, removed, or defaced serial numbers.
 Cosmetic damage or aesthetic imperfections that do not affect product functionality.
 Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

 

4. Warranty Remedies

If a valid warranty claim is approved, LOGIQ will, at its discretion:

 Repair the defective product.
 Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished equivalent.
 Provide a refund for the purchase price of the defective product.

 

5. Return Policy

5.1 Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from LOGIQ. If for any reason you are not, you may return or exchange the product within 30 days from the date of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support team.

5.2 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

 The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
 The product must be in new, unused condition.
 You must provide proof of purchase, including the purchase date and receipt.

 

5.3 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. LOGIQ will provide return shipping instructions for eligible returns or exchanges.
