"Amazing quality, far superior then air lift compressors and the app works much better. Also there customer service is on point, Reno responded immediately and gave me good ideas about adding on to there controller to control my airbag hitch all in one app. Will be buying and recommending Logiq again!"
"Awesome products, and even better customer service. By far the best system I've ever used. Had one small issue a year after installing, and they helped me diagnose the issue immediately and had the new part overnighted to me and it fixed the problem."
"I had a competitor's product installed (airlift) the unit was plagued with problems. It failed 4 times in less than a year. Wverytime it was due to the manifold failing. The customer service was abysmal. They pointed fingers to installation (done at a certified airlift dealer). Then at abuse. . . . (my truck is a 2022 ram that heals our Travel trailer and dump trailer at 12000 lbs each) then it was operator error. . . ?? How can I operate it in error? You set the air at the pressure you want. Finally it was stated from engi earing that they would not cover the unit under warranty any longer. Fast forward and the shop that installed it decided to not be an airlift partner any longer and suggested logic IQ. . . . . they installed the product and it is awesome. It's at least twice as fast. . . . . it makes half the noise. . . . customer service is great and the remote is light-years ahead of the airlift unit. Keep up the great work and thinking of your customers and making a product the is durable and reliable."
"I have a lifted 2023 F250. I typically pull a surf boat or a 34’ travel trailer so having the air bag system is a Godsend. But, it also has helped the overall ride quality of my truck. I’ve had the system for a little while now and it has worked flawlessly and seamlessly with the app. But the other day, something happened and it stopped responding. I called the tech department at Logiq/Readylift and talked to a real live person, like immediately! He walked me through a couple of troubleshooting steps and when that didn’t fix it, he overnighted the part that I needed because I was going on a roadtrip with my travel trailer the next day. The part came in, took 10 minutes to switch out, and I was on my way. The customer service is next level!!!"
"Easy to mount, plumb, and wire. We picked up an ATC toy hauler and it sagged our 2018 ram 3500. This pump combined with the bags got the truck and trailer riding perfectly level and comfortable."
